AF Studio does the same steps a trained person on your team would — sign in, pull the data, reshape it, and file it into Sculpture — start to finish, unattended.

Pulls your data. Signs into your point-of-sale and vendor portals for you and retrieves exactly the reports you need — no manual exports.
Reformats it. Transforms the file into the exact shape Sculpture expects, and checks it along the way so nothing lands in the wrong place.

Some locations on Toast, some on SpotOn; invoices through Fintech or as vendor PDFs — it doesn’t matter. Every path ends the same way: clean, current data in Sculpture.

Preview before you commit. Every tool can show you exactly what would import — and stop there. Nothing changes until you say so.
A record of every run. Each run is logged with its result, so there’s always an answer to “did it run, and what did it do?”
Your passwords stay private. Logins are submitted once through a secure link, encrypted, and used only by the automation at run time — no staff screen can reveal them.
